As pioneers in the industry, we’re shifting the conversation. We develop tools, measure progress and consult on curriculum
Would you like to gain confidence in understanding inclusion? Are you ready to develop an action plan for an inclusive culture? Do you want to make sure your curriculum is going further than simply ticking boxes? We have the understanding, tools and experience to help.
For the past 25 years we have specialised in facilitating strategies and action plans for inclusive cultures. We are certified in the ISO 30415 D&I global standard and in addition have developed our own tool to catalyse conversations in Higher Education settings. We can help you shift the conversation from “you must” to “why wouldn’t you?”
As well as our four signature workshops (see below), we also design bespoke sessions depending on the client and their requirements. If you have something in mind that you don’t see listed, please get in touch for an informal chat.
We are ready to help you become the best version of yourself and take the next step in your professional journey.
All our work is bespoke, but here are some common features we incorporate into our training:
One-to-one debriefs
We can include one-to-one debriefs before and/or after the sessions to ensure each team member gains the most from their experience.
CliftonStrengths
We use CliftonStrengths to help team members understand and utilize their unique strengths, which leads to higher engagement and productivity.
Powerful partnerships
We explore strategies for creating and maintaining powerful partnerships within your team for a supportive environment.
Crucial and candid conversations
We give you the tools and techniques to facilitate open and honest communication, enhancing team cohesion and effectiveness.
Appreciation strategies
We teach strategies that recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements. This fosters a culture of gratitude which boosts morale and motivation.
